Wow. Just wow. If you’re planning to rent a car while in Oahu, this Ford Mustang convertible is absolutely the way to do it. There’s nothing like dropping the top and cruising along the island coastlines with the Hawaiian sun and ocean views around you. It honestly became one of the highlights of our trip. The car itself was spotless, fun to drive, and perfect for exploring the island. But what really made the experience exceptional was Gabriel. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless, and he went out of his way to make everything easy and stress-free for our family. If I could give 20 stars to Colleen and Mike I totally would! They are the best! If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to travel to Kauai do yourself a solid and rent a car from them! They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful! The truck was reliable and pretty good on gas! We traveled all over the island and only had to fill up 1 1/2 time in 4 days! First time I am using Turo. I can say it is a great option to rent a car for a very good price. The pick up and drop off the car was very easy and simple. The car was fantastic, perfect for exploring Oahu. The car was dropped off a bit late, but the host bought me breakfast and allowed for a later return, which made up for it. Next time we're on the island we'll be looking to rent a car from Tom again!

Jimmy is a great host, communication was on point! Van was clean, easy to drive and I had no problems. They dropped off the van earlier than the drop off time which was great, so I didn’t have to worry about that. I will definitely rent from Jimmy again, especially this van!
