Chase was great to work ,picking up the car and dropping it off,minivan worked great,held the whole family and more had dvd player in the van and even kids dvd,we didn't get to use it but it's there to entertain the little ones ,very well maintained, Will use Chase every time we fly into Vancouver.. thanks again Chase for everything you did. ..

Great car, perfect for families that overpack! Easily fit 2 ski bags, 2 large suitcases and extras. Ran great, was a fantastic price. Quic communication, zero issues. Will absolutely rent again!

The van did what it was intended for. There are cosmetic damages but they don’t affect the operation of the vehicle. A/C worked nice and cold too! Would rent again when we’re back in BC

I had an absolutely amazing experience renting from Viviana. I had booked this vehicle very last minute due to my Hellcat being in the shop. She was incredibly accommodating with my booking changes throughout my trip and went out of her way to make everything smooth and stress free. Both pickup and drop off were super easy and convenient. The Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack is an absolute blast to drive, super fast, incredibly smooth, and just fun. It’s a true performance vehicle, so it really shines on the road. Just a heads up, the range is on the lower side if you’re planning longer highway trips, so plan your charging stops accordingly. But for everything else, this car delivers. Would definitely rent from Viviana again and highly recommend this car for anyone who wants an exciting EV driving experience!

Car was very clean and pickup was quick and easy. Van worked as expected for a 2016 Dodge Caravan. Drop off also was seamless.

Overall, the experience was good, but the process could have been clearer. When I arrived at the location, I was expecting to meet someone for the handoff (as mentioned in a previous message), but no one showed up and there were no check-in instructions provided. However, they responded quickly when I reached out, and I was able to pick up the car without much delay. For the return, I also didn't receive any prior instructions, so I left the car in the same spot where I picked it up. The customer service was responsive and helpful, though communication could be improved. The car itself was in good condition, although it was a bit dirty. I do appreciate that they accepted my last minute reservation, which was very helpful.

initially, I had rented a different car.But the headlight was out.They were prompt to reply to me and exchange the car out for another. They honored my initial price as well. No complaints!

The car was really clean, and very comfortable an all around sporty experience. Very cool looking car gets alot of compliments. Viviana was a really great host, super quick to respond and very accommodating I highly recommend.
