Italo was amazing. I had flight delays and there wasn’t WiFi on the plane so I couldn’t contact him. I stood him up on our meet up and he waited way longer than he should have and he could have cancelled the reservation. Instead, he brought the car to me the next morning. He saved my trip! All the rental cars were sold out and this was my first time using Turo. I never write reviews because I am rarely moved enough by an experience to feel it’s necessary. This time it is necessary. I am truly grateful for Italo and his help.
Absolutely amazing experience. Insanely solid price, extremely smooth, clean and comfortable ride and in excellent condition both mechanically and aestethic wise. Flora was a great host, answered clearly and quickly to every message, met me at pick up and at drop off to confirm everything was good. Overall, would absolutely recommend to anyone and I can say that this was a nice introduction to Turo ! I will definitely be saying goodbye to traditional, extremely expensive rental companies. All star host status definitely deserved :)

The car is clean and functioning good. No issues. It was easy to find a pick up place and return point. Only issue I had, I made a mistake, I returned the car earlier that it was supposed to be returned and I did not change return time on TURO App, that is why I could not check out from TURO App. I hope I will not have any issues because of that.
