Ali was a good host and was as helpful as possible. Unfortunately the person before me who rented it smoked in the car and he tried his best to get the smell out but it was still very strong for our whole trip. He has offered me a refund so I am hoping that is followed through with. Car drives smoothly though and it was clean other than the smell.
