We were in Montreal for a trip to visit families. We had a choice to go with big rental company but we decided to go with Turo and it turned out to be the best experience that we ever had with car rental. The model 3 drives excellent with full self driving. And the host, Ayman, i could say it’s one of the bests. Ayman and his team ensured that the car is in top condition for us. The communication is like instant. The whole trip is worry free without counting the great deal on price. We couldn’t ask for more. Simply best host! Strongly recommended. Italo was amazing. I had flight delays and there wasn’t WiFi on the plane so I couldn’t contact him. I stood him up on our meet up and he waited way longer than he should have and he could have cancelled the reservation. Instead, he brought the car to me the next morning. He saved my trip! All the rental cars were sold out and this was my first time using Turo. I never write reviews because I am rarely moved enough by an experience to feel it’s necessary. This time it is necessary. I am truly grateful for Italo and his help.

This was my first experience with Turo and absolutely loved the experience and it was hugely because of Shanto! Car was impeccably clean, communication before and throughout the reservation was fluid, quick and efficient, and to top it off, Shanto was extremely friendly. Will rent again!

It was a pleasure renting from Michelle. Her Mustang came with a phone mount and car charger adapter and the cost of renting and fueling up was budget friendly. I appreciated her flexibility and patience as she waited for me to arrive after a slight delay. I was also able to conveniently drop the vehicle off early with no problem.
