Italo was amazing. I had flight delays and there wasn’t WiFi on the plane so I couldn’t contact him. I stood him up on our meet up and he waited way longer than he should have and he could have cancelled the reservation. Instead, he brought the car to me the next morning. He saved my trip! All the rental cars were sold out and this was my first time using Turo. I never write reviews because I am rarely moved enough by an experience to feel it’s necessary. This time it is necessary. I am truly grateful for Italo and his help.

Only issue I had, I made a mistake, I returned the car earlier that it was supposed to be returned and I did not change return time on TURO App, that is why I could not check out from TURO App. I hope I will not have any issues because of that.
