Car was fine. There is no meeting the driver at the airport. You have to walk very far to a parking lot and use a lockbox which takes a lot of time and then we had to pay a $45 parking fee because our plane was delayed even though we notified the management company with hours in advance.

YUL is doing construction, all the pick up and return must be done in parking P4. Even you booking airport car rental company, they are in P4 as well. Your flight delayed for more than 3 hours, there is no point that we can wait for you at the airport, we using key box is reasonable. The car we provide is very clean.
