The car was great on fuel and the rental process was easy. While the sound system wasn't the best and it's got some nicks and dings (it's a 2015!), this car offered great value for the money and I'd be happy to rent this (or another vehicle) from Nate again!

We rented a car from Doris for our vacation in Montreal. Even before arriving in Montreal, we had pleasant and helpful communication. The car was delivered and picked up on time. Communication was always friendly and efficient. If we ever need to rent a car in Montreal again, we would definitely rent from Doris again.

Gabriel was fantastic to work with, and we loooooved the car! We rented the car for 11 days and thoroughly enjoyed driving with the top down through the mountains. The car handles great, accelerates great, and the top is quick to pop up and down depending upon weather. We were able to easily fit a large checked bag (backseat), a carry-on, two backpacks, and groceries. Plus two adults. Gabriel’s car was much more fun than the average convertibles rented by traditional car rental agencies and an only fraction of the cost. Thank you, Gabriel!

The car was phenomenal, in great condition, you could tell it was properly maintained! It was clean and very smooth to drive. I’ve been renting vehicles for a while with other companies but this was by far the best vehicle I’ve driven. Also the host was super easy to deal with, Italo is great host, cares a lot about the vehicle but most importantly the renter! He has made my trip easier and fun.

What stood out the most was that at the very beginning I made a mistake with the booking dates and arrived to pick up the car on the wrong day. Ivan immediately stepped in, contacted customer support himself, helped resolve the issue quickly, and made sure everything was corrected properly. French English: C'était un super voyage. Le propriétaire était génial et la voiture n'a posé aucun problème. Cependant, je ne louerai PLUS JAMAIS de véhicule sur Turo. Un ami m'avait prévenu que les propriétaires facturent des frais supplémentaires au titre des « dommages », et c'est exactement ce qui m'est arrivé. Apparemment, il y avait des rayures sur la voiture, mais le propriétaire ne m'a toujours pas envoyé de devis. Il m'a suggéré de le payer directement sans passer par Turo, car la plateforme facture 150 $ de frais de gestion. Je suis presque certain que si je le paie directement, il ne réparera jamais ces rayures et se contentera d'empocher l'argent. Je ne soutiendrai plus jamais les « petits loueurs locaux » si c'est ainsi que l'on est traité. It was a great trip. Host was amazing and car didnt give us any trouble. However, I WILL NEVER RENT FROM TURO EVER AGAIN. My friend warned me that hosts charge additional charges under “damages” and that’s exactly what happened with me as well. Apparently some scratches were on the car and host is yet to send me an estimate. Host advised I pay them directly and not involve Turo because Turo charges Admin fees of $150. I am fairly certain if I pay the host, they will never fix those scratches but just pocket extra income. I will never support the “local/small guys” anymore if this is how I am going to get treated.

Steve was an outstanding host! He was incredibly kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He adjusted both the pickup location and return time to make things much more convenient for us, and when an unexpected issue came up with the originally reserved vehicle, he went above and beyond to make sure we still had a car and could enjoy our trip without disruption. The whole experience was seamless thanks to his professionalism and thoughtfulness. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Garry was a wonderful, thoughtful and communicative host! He even went above and beyond to come and pick his beautiful, clean and “just as perfectly documented in the rental ad” car at the airport, so as to make life easier for us!
