This was my second time renting with them, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I was a little hesitant at first because I’m used to driving a Tesla, and this was my first electric vehicle from another brand. They were incredibly patient, always available by phone or message whenever I had questions about charging, and they even checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. They also went above and beyond by driving me home after I returned the car. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive, honestly just as enjoyable as my Tesla, and the level of customer service was simply outstanding. If I ever rent through Turo again, it will definitely be with them. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Eric's car was great, felt safe driving , we went for a 5 day trip, on the last day the engine check light went on, notified eric, he responded promptly. Pick up and drop off was easy. 10/10 recommend and will rent again

Excellent car and perfectly affordable! Had an absolute pleasure with this rental. Location is near station angrignon making it perfectly accessible. The car can easily fit 4-5 and has Apple CarPlay/android auto and is very spacious! Jiajia is super kind and very responsive, I would definitely rent this car again :)
Great car, handles well, really good on gas. excellent service from host Steve. Should get an alignment check before next use, there was a rubbing sound on the wheel well. Otherwise great vehicle, would rent again.

It was my first time renting a car for such a period, and everything went as smoothly and comfortably as possible. I rented the car for about three weeks. What stood out the most was that at the very beginning I made a mistake with the booking dates and arrived to pick up the car on the wrong day. Ivan immediately stepped in, contacted customer support himself, helped resolve the issue quickly, and made sure everything was corrected properly. Thanks to this, I was able to start my rental without any stress. Throughout the entire rental period, the car was in excellent condition — clean, well maintained, and very pleasant to drive. Overall, the service was at a very high level, everything was organized clearly and professionally.
