The car was exactly as expected! The greatest things was the service and the help received during our trip. We had a problem picking up the car, and they quickly resolved the issue replacing the car at the same price. If you are thinking to book a car on Turo I recommend to do that with them!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience renting this vehicle. From the beginning, the arrival process was smooth, and the car was very, very clean when we received it. I had specifically requested that the Bluetooth work properly, and it was functioning perfectly. The vehicle drove great overall, and the customer service from Phil, Jorge, and the entire team was really, really awesome. They have a large fleet of around 150 vehicles, so they are very quick to respond, and they offer 24/7 service. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and helpful. The only issue we experienced was shortly after leaving the airport. Within about two minutes, we noticed a noise coming from the left front wheel, particularly whenever we would turn right. We immediately contacted them, and they were very quick to respond. They told us that if anything happened, they would change the vehicle and do whatever they could to make sure we were taken care of. Fortunately, we were able to use the vehicle for the entire 10 days without any further problems. They also told us they would have the wheel issue fixed before renting the vehicle to another customer, and that they planned to address it the same day we returned the car, September 1st. What I really appreciated was that we were not responsible for the issue, but they immediately took responsibility and accountability and offered different solutions. That gave us a lot of confidence and showed that they genuinely care about their customers and the next person who rents the vehicle. Overall, great service, great communication, and a great car. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and handled the situation. I would definitely recommend them and would rent from them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The car was great on fuel and the rental process was easy. While the sound system wasn't the best and it's got some nicks and dings (it's a 2015!), this car offered great value for the money and I'd be happy to rent this (or another vehicle) from Nate again!

I rented this car out of pure pleasure rather than necessity, and boy did it not let me down! It was an absolute honour to be able to drive Iordan’s M4 for a few days. Majestic, powerful, highly responsive, luxerious and technological are a few attributes that come to mind to describe this amazing green machine. I’ve rented many other high-end cars on Turo and this M4 is by far the one that drew the most attention. Get ready for compliments folks; the combination of its Isle of man green metallic colour, its Kyalami orange seats, its black wheels and its red M compound brakes will have people staring at you in awe and virtually make you feel like a celebrity. The car was immaculate upon arrival. Shiny on the outside and spotless on the inside, it honestly looked like it just came out of the BMW dealership. Iordan along with his co-host Nick were friendly, communicative, quick to reply and accommodating as I had a special request which they did not hesitate to accept. In terms of price and uniqueness, you will not find another car remotely close in the Greater Montreal area. Do not hesitate to select that “Book now” button. You will not regret, I promise. Thanks again gentlemen for the one of a kind experience I will never forget!
