Hi, I’m glad you enjoyed the car, and had a great trip. Regarding the delay, I do apologise regarding the extra 15mins during drop-off as your ETA was changed a couple times. However, the primary delay was during pickup when it was picked up at 8:45am instead of 8:00am. Thank You
