Hyundai rental in Richmond, BC

Easy to deal with, almost new vehicles and generous kms. Overall good experience. only critiscism is of the car itself which has an overactive "take a break" alarm that makes long trips extremely frustrating/annoying and cannot be turned off/down. I found a workaround that saved my sanity but Hyundai really need to address this feature! But as Turo hosts these guys were great.

We had a nice new hybrid SUV. There was no extra charge for a second driver. Pickup and drop-off were convenient and painless. Price was better than offered by rental companies. Only minor complaint was that we arrived early but weren't able to move up the pickup time.

We had a great experience renting from Richmond Hyundai. It was the perfect car for our needs, and they were super responsive/helpful with the pickup, and drop off was easy as well. We will definitely rent with them for our next trip back to Vancouver.

Very good car, brand new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Very near and clean car. On time pick up of car was available. Spot location was easy to find. Pickup and drop off locations are inside the airport so that you dont have to walk a lot. Just a request to Turo. Keep a call center or some phone number where the customers can call which will reduce the stress as not all the time all customers are aware of the surroundings to pick up and drop offs.

Josh was amazing, quick, and helpful. The car is equally as amazing - quiet drive, great gas mileage, spacious! Would definitely come back to rent again!

Super smooth car to drive And the pick and drop off it easy too And also the plus point for me was i was able to rent a car after 7pm which is not common in the city

The IONIQ 5 was amazing. Super clean, fun to drive, and as described. Pick-up was very easy. Our flight into Vancouver was delayed and Richmond Hyundai let us pick up the car later with no issues. Communication with them was mostly good. They responded fairly quickly and had the answers to our questions.

This trip was such a breeze! Pickup and drop off was quite easy, the car was clean and very fun to drive around, super sporty and lots of cool features. I really appreciated the 360 cameras, the blind spot cameras, and the sound system was so fun! I highly recommend Richmond Hyundai as a host, they were very easy to get in touch with, and would recommend this car again.

I had a great experience renting the Hyundai Elantra. The car was clean, comfortable, and very fuel-efficient. It drove smoothly, had a spacious interior, and all the features worked perfectly. It was reliable for both city driving and longer trips. I would definitely rent an Elantra again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and economical rental car.

The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and drove great. Communication was easy, and the pickup instructions were clear. The only small hiccup was with airport parking. Since Vancouver Airport only provides 30 minutes of free parking, be aware that your reservation start time may not align with when the vehicle was actually parked. In our case, the car had been parked before our reservation began, so we effectively had less than the full 30 minutes to locate the vehicle and exit the garage. We made it out quickly but still had to pay for parking, which was an unexpected extra expense. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent this vehicle again.

I booked Arpit's Hyundai Accent for a week. I got the car as mentioned in the photos clean and tidy. It runs nice and smooth. The host is very responsive. Highly recommended

This is my second time to rent with the host, and Jeffery is kind enough remember me and he found out Turo didn’t offer me an extra discount in which Jeffery promise to offered me at the first time when I rent the car from him. I appreciate his offer and definitely will rent with the host again
