Owen provided a very clean car in excellent working order, and was extremely accommodating in arranging for both pick-up and drop-off, offering several options for locations and times. A seamless rental overall. I'd happily rent from Owen again.

Had a great experience renting the M3. The car was exactly what you’d want, sounds incredible, drives great, and having the top down made it even better. Definitely one of those cars that makes the drive itself part of the trip. The host was also really nice, easy to communicate with, and made pickup and drop-off simple. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely rent from him again.

The car was great. Our host provided drop off at airport and it was super convenient. The BMW was very clean, and in excellent condition. We were a family of 5 and the extra space was needed. I highly recommend this vehicle and host !

Really great experience. Jinrong met us at the airport and provided extremely detailed directions with pictures of where to go to get the car. Same thing when handing the keys back over. He was extremely punctual, which is essential when flying international. The car was very nice, clean, and had a full tank ready to go. We would definitely rent from Jinrong again.

Great service! Our flight was 4 hours delayed so we wouldn't be able to pick up the car until past midnight. That wasn't an issue and Jinrong was ready to meet us even if it was very late. The car was in great shape and very reliable. We will rent again! Thank you!

I’m leaving 5 stars because overall we had a great experience. The car itself is amazing, and Sam was great to deal with. He responded quickly whenever we had questions and provided clear instructions before our trip. The only minor issues were that there were a few items left behind by the previous renter, and the interior wasn’t as clean as we expected. There was some small garbage, used toothsticks, and a few sticky spots from a spilled drink. Other than that, everything was excellent. These were only minor details, and they didn’t affect our trip. I would definitely recommend renting from Sam.

I had a great experience renting the BMW X3. The host was very accommodating with both the delivery and pick-up of the vehicle. I really appreciated how easy they were to reach—they responded to my inquiries almost immediately, which made the whole rental experience very convenient and stress-free. Although the BMW X3 is already around 9 years old, it is very well maintained and was in good condition. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend renting from Zijie.
