I’m leaving 5 stars because overall we had a great experience. The car itself is amazing, and Sam was great to deal with. He responded quickly whenever we had questions and provided clear instructions before our trip. The only minor issues were that there were a few items left behind by the previous renter, and the interior wasn’t as clean as we expected. There was some small garbage, used toothsticks, and a few sticky spots from a spilled drink. Other than that, everything was excellent. These were only minor details, and they didn’t affect our trip. I would definitely recommend renting from Sam.

This was my first time renting through Turo during a vacation, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially starting from an airport. Auto Flow was communicative throughout the process and responded to my questions promptly. The pick-up and drop-off was a breeze (no long lines or paperwork you'd deal with at standard car rental offices). The car was ready to go as soon as we got there. They picked us up in a shared shuttle directly at one of the airport arrival exit and took us to the car location. I would definitely do this again next time.
