Subaru rental in Richmond, BC

From the very start of my reservation for the 2013 Subaru, the host Belen was very communicative. She helped with pick up options for the car and made the process clear. On pickup, the car was clean and clearly well maintained. There were no issues that came up while driving, but I feel confident that if there had been, I could have communicated quickly with Belen and then any issues would have been resolved. Overall, I had a great experience with renting from Belen. I will definitely be specifically searching for her available car rentals when I rent a car again in future.

The vehicle was extremely clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. The host was friendly, professional, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off incredibly easy and convenient. The car drove perfectly and made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. EXCELLENT CAR AND EXELLENT HOSTS!!! Process was super easy, the car is fantastic and seriously thinking about buying a Subaru now. This particular car is SUPER CLEAN and VERY WELL MAINTAINED. The hosts were above and beyond helpful and will be the first hosts I look to rent from the inevitable next time my car is in the shop (Mercedes). Great Car Rental Experience. Great car! Great price！! The gas mileage and driving experience were amazing. The car was in perfect condition! AJ’s team was super friendly, patient, and quick to answer any questions. This was my first time using Turo, and I rented this car to take my mom to Olympic National Park. I truly enjoyed driving it! It was also my first time driving a Japanese car, and honestly, the drive was so much better than my Chevy SUV. I'm definitely considering buying a Subaru for my next car!

Loved the vehicle! Clean, great gas mileage, beautiful sun roof! It got us safely to our destinations all over the island. Retrieving the car was a pretty seamless process. The price of the car was also cheaper than any of the local car rental companies, even Costco. I would definitely rent from them again:)

Andre was great, the car was somewhat still dirty, dust, dirt, what appeared to be cigarette ashes, animal hair, sticky spills around the cup holders in the center console and the door panels. Crumbs and dust/dirt left in the door handles and cubby's. In the center console cup holders and cubbys. On the top of the dashboard, around the steering column and gauges. Sticky dusty windows and stereo buttons. Rear view mirror had sticky smudges on it. All the windows inside were dusty and dirty with smudges and idk what really.. the car had a bad smell of animals like dogs, and faint cigarette smell.. however as I got further into my trip I got used to it and wasn't bothered by it anymore. A lot of these issues honestly didn't bother me very much. I was more worried of being blamed for them when I returned the car. Unfortunately I was put behind schedule due to a passenger side headlight and passenger side tail light being burned out. However upon informing andre, he was very quick with a solution to take the car to valvoline where they were able to repair the lights before I left for my trip. If I wasn't already running late It wouldn't of bothered me. Andre was also very quick to reimburse me the whole price of the repairs immediately upon me sending him the receipt of the work.. I very much appreciated that! I also appreciate that instead of canceling my trip Andre worked out a way to have the lights fixed with no trouble of my own. He was always quick to respond to all of my very long messages full of questions. This is my first time using turo and I did not know the ins and outs of the rental process. He was able to guide me threw every step all while being polite and keeping his patience with me! Hah. I ended up running behind schedule on my way back as well and was surprised how simple and easy it was to change the return time from noon to after 9 p.m. all without adding any fees to my bill! That was very helpful of andre to allow me to do. I also ended up being a little passed my return time due to vacuuming the car and dusting everything to my best ability. So that andre wouldn't have to deal with someone else's mess and the next person who rents the vehicle will not have to worry about it either. I had no issues with doing that for him after he was so helpful with me! The vehicle was a little different then what im used to. But in no time I settled in with the car and had a very enjoyable trip! I would forsure rent another vehicle from andre in the future due to how well he accommodated me on this trip. Even tho the car had the mess, that was not andre, But left over from previous renters. He even made sure to have a snow brush and ice scraper in the car for me. But unfortunately the previous renters also took that with them. Im sure there will be a new one for the next person who rents the car because thats how much andre cares about his customers !! 5 stars for andre !!! Whoever returned his vehicle like that should be ashamed and think about how it would feel if someone treated your things the same way! Once again THANK YOU andre! I will reach out to you next time I need to rent a car.. I appreciate all your help thru the process! I appreciate your professionalism and quick responses to all my questions and thank you for making sure the vehicle was 100% good to go for me before I left and wouldn't of been able to fix it. 5 of 5 stars for andre !!

Great car. Great service! So much better than standing in line at rental counter. I always rent from Yegveny when I’m in town. Highly recommend.

Melissa was super accommodating. I had a car that was not in rentable condition and Turo canceled for me. Found another car just for that car to cancel at my exact pick up time. I scrabbled to find a car since I was was leaving out of town in a few hours and Melissa had her vehicle not only available within hours but it was in supreme condition. They say everything happens for a reason and it truly does. Car was much nicer and we had plenty of room. I would definitely rent again. She even allowed me to return a couple hours early when I was back earlier than expected.

This car was great. We took it on a road trip to celebrate my wife’s graduation. It worked great! If I ever had a question it was answered quickly and respectfully. I changed the pick up time and drop off time and it went smoothly. Would rent again!

This Subaru Crosstrek is a VERY nice car, is clearly well maintained and the host was exemplary! He made it easy to locate the vehicle, the pickup and drop off instructions were clear and he checked in with us mid-way to ask if we had any questions and to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this host and the next time I’m in Bangor I will rent from him again.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Car was dropped in a convenient spot in close proximity (5 minutes walk) to our cruise ship. It took about The Subaru is in tip top shape and extremely clean. It afforded us a day without being cattle bearded on buses and we weren’t stressing like one lady we saw screaming at her teens while running back to the bus for the cruise ship. I would rent from the folks again with zero reservations. Great catalyst to a better cruise port day.

Car was clean and absolutely perfect for our needs. Driving a Subaru is important to us. We would definitely rent from May again, she was great!

Julien was the perfect host. He was quick to reply to us when we had a question and his instructions for car pick up and return were easy to understand . The Subaru was super clean and even supplied with hand sanitizer and bug repellent spray. We would definetly rent from Julien again

We had an easy pick-up and drop-off of our Subaru rental. It was a new car in excellent condition, and we enjoyed travelling around Washington for two months without any issues. We found the owner to be prompt and helpful. We would rent again.

I had a great experience using Turo for the first time. Jaden was a fantastic host. The car was exactly as described. Jaden was quick to reply when I had questions. I had no issues with the host. However, Turo does not include the cost of the insurance ($100 for the option I chose for a week and you have to have it), nor the cost of getting the car out of the parking garage at the airport ($25!) in the price they quote. Factor in those costs when considering to rent. Only go with a superstar host. Thanks, Jaden. You get a 5-star from me because I’m not holding Turo’s practices against you.
