Our car didn’t have any issues, cleanliness could be improved. April was very responsive and flexible.

April was a great and kind host. We ran into some bad traffic the evening we had been returning the car and she had no problem at all with us coming later than it was stated in the app. Also the car is nice to drive and well maintained, recommend!

I would book again, but knowing that making changes will be at a very high price, I would be very careful navigating my choices. Although, making a change should not cost $119.00, thats just wrong and taking advantage of people. Sometimes things (like a time change) with the trip. For me I cancelled the first vehicle due to this high cost. That made me want to cancel. And I did. Now, the second car was the same situation and ended up costing more than the first car would have. Please consider giving people a chance to change something if needed, it’s only fair! Even if the change comes at a small cost of possibly $20, who would be too upset over that amount. Otherwise, April was very accommodating, unlike Turo.
