With gas prices so expensive, a hybrid was a great choice for our trip. The car was very clean and comfortable for our drive around Vancouver and in Whistler. Desmond went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable trip. Highly recommend!

We had a VW Turo. The car was perfect for going to the Rocky Mountains and Vancouver Island. Driving moderately was associated with 6l consumption of fuel. Well kept and maintained car. Competitive price and very accommodating host. Prob one of the best sport seven seater suv on turo in Richmond. You aint gonna regret this :-) Why rent a mini van when you can rent a DODGE?

Lee was great! The vehicle rental was reasonably priced and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely worry free compared to traditional rental car companies!

Pick up and drop off at YVR were easy and fast and Lin responded quickly to questions/concerns! The car was clean and crazy efficient for a non hybrid SUV, a nice bonus with the high gas prices lately! The tech features did seem a bit dated compared to my 2022 Tuscon (no blind spot indicator and not the best implementation of other features like lane keep assist) but that's probably more a compliment to my new car than an issue with Lins! Important reminder is that Android Auto is with a USB only, so remember to bring an extra cable to keep in the car to make things easy 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful customer experience renting this car from VanCar. We had booked a 2018 Atlas earlier but these guys contacted us well in time to inform us about a mechanical issue with the 2018 car and offered us the new 2022 Atlas at almost no additional charge. The car drove very well and was very spacious, clean and very well maintained. From meeting at airport to drop off the car to picking it back up from the airport the experience was awesome. We reached 30 mins late from our scheduled trip end time due to horrible traffic and our request to extend our trip was very well addressed. We lost one of our bags at the airport and were delayed in coming out of the airport. Hussein patiently waited for us to deal with the unfortunate situation and gave the best customer experience. Kudos to you Hussein. I would really recommend renting a vehicle from VanCar to have a great and I would definitely rent with VanCar again. Thank you VanCar team 👍👍

Jaimie was the best first Turo experience I could of asked for!! From the first enquiry before booking to the whole booking process Jaime was quick to communicate and was so nice at every step. We arranged a pickup time and place and he was flexible when I said that we arrived slightly early, he was already arriving. He verified when he was arriving and when he arrived and exactly where (at the airport) I was unfamiliar and was at a different pickup spot but he quickly let me know he was coming to where me and my two little ones were and texted upon arrival with a description. Jaime greeted us (me and my two under 5) with a smile, helped us load the car, was so sweet and interacted with my girls while I went and did an quick car inspection and then he asked if I was familiar with the car or need any guidance. The car was very clean, better than the usual rental. I communicated with Jaime to create a pick up time and spot and he let me know what gas stations were close to the airport. Was there with a big smile again, helped me out with unloading the car seats and asked how everything went. Super friendly, timely, sincere, great communicator and a car that is great to drive. A must Turo car to use in your trip to Vancouver and area. Great for the whole family. And soooo clean!!! Thank you Jaime!!

This was the first time we used Turo and we weren’t disappointed. Maziar was absolutely amazing we had to make a few changes to our trip and he was so accommodating. The car was exactly as advertised clean roomy very economical and reasonably priced. The delivery and pickup so easy, no hassles and very quick. Whenever we are back in Vancouver we will be renting from Maziar.

Shaghayegh kia sportage was the perfect suv for our family trip. It was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Trunk had more than enough room to hold 2 strollers and our luggage. It was smooth driving vehicle with good gas mileage. She was very helpful with the service, answered very quickly and wasn't hard to get a hold of . I would have no problem renting this kia again when i return to Vancouver. Thank you for the memories.

5 stars..!! The car was in perfect shape and very neatly maintained. My flight was delayed more than 2 hours but Mr.Gurvinder was so kind and waited till 1am. The price is very low compared to other rental car companies. I would totally recommend ABC Car rentals for anyone visiting Vancouver.

Jeff was so understanding and patient with us. We had to change our drop off and pick up time serval times, he was patient and understanding about that. My girlfriend and I were the first ones to rent this vehicle and we had an amazing experience. This car was a dream, drives smooth and so spacious. The host was very accommodating. The owner is awesome, the petrol tank was full when I got this car, and everything is almost perfect! Wide space, comfy chairs, very functional. When I head back I faced a very severe traffic jam, and the owner extend 1h for me to drive to the destination, owner is very nice and friendly, I really recommend you to rent this car if you are still hesitated and looking up a nice car for your road trip!

CK honestly saved the day, ended up not being able to rent my rental car due to leaving my credit card in my gfs purse … ck had the car ready for me right away, with a tasteful surprise inside the car. This ended up being one of my favourite rentals I’ve ever used & will for sure be using ck’s cars again! Screw the big rental companies , turo is where it’s at , 5+ stars for the man CK , felt like a boss rolling around with the stars on the roof

We rent this GMC in June 2021 and we loved it. The response from Zhen is very fast. The service from his team is excellent. It's my first time using Turo and I love it. It's so much easier compared to the rental car companies. For sure I will use this service from now on. The Zhen team just take a photo of my driver license and boom, the next second, I am driving the car out of their parking lot. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes. The return was easy too. The price is very reasonable and I save 800$ for a 1-week rental compare to rent at the airport. For sure next time when I am in Vancouver, I will check out at Zhen first.
