We had a great experience renting this minivan. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, making it perfect for our trip. It drove smoothly, had plenty of space for passengers and luggage, and everything worked exactly as expected. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process easy and hassle-free. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others.
I had originally booked through another host but when their car was returned it was in an unsafe condition to drive. Fortunately MB had a similar vehicle I needed and when I reached out and explained the situation, MB was very accommodating with a pick up time so I could meet my daughter's family at the airport. The vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean. It was a vehicle we needed to take the family all over the Lower Mainland to to visit all sites that they wanted to see. Despite the airlines changing return flight times for my daughter, we were still able to get her to the airport on time and back to MB. The vehicle provided no issues during the time we had it and allowed us to take a variety of items to the beach, or purchases from various stores while allowing some downtime for two parents with 2 young boys full of energy. I would recommend MB for his customer service, care and cleanliness of the car and his understanding in why the vehicle was required sooner. It was appreciated!

Great ca!! We did a long roadtrip this summer, and the car was in perfect condition. Easy to pickup and dropoff. Lots of space and a great working AC! We did lot's of driving and the car had no issues at all. We would definitely recommend renting this car from Max!!

Garrett’s van was great for two people. Comfortable, good on gas, and the perfect size for campgrounds, parking lots, etc. Would recommend bringing a portable charger or two in case it’s cloudy and the solar panels on the roof don’t charge as much. Garrett was responsive and answered any questions we had.
