Unfortunately our car delivery was 1 1/2 hours late. I was told numerous times by the driver he was almost there or 15-20min away. This went on without any explanation or justification. We had 6 soccer players who needed to get to their hotel for a tournament so this truly put us in a very frustrating situation and time crunch. I won’t rent from this host again. I’ve used Turo many times in Canada and the United States without issue so this was a very disappointing first. Do not recommend.
