Renting Nij’s Tesla Model 3 was an absolutely phenomenal experience! The dual-motor system combined with the MS tires made it a perfect companion for my trip, effortlessly taking me all the way to Red Mountain, Vancouver Island, and Whistler. The car handled every terrain and weather condition with incredible confidence, giving me a sense of safety and reliability throughout the journey. Nij takes exceptional care of his cars, and it truly shows. The Tesla was in pristine condition, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. Nij’s attention to detail, commitment to customer care, and passion for his vehicles set him apart. To top it off, Nij was extremely kind, offering a ride to a nearby metro station, helping me purchase a metro card, and even explaining the Vancouver metro system—above and beyond what anyone could expect! Now, after getting a glimpse of “The Hulk,” aka his magnificent Dodge Hellcat, I’m already planning to rent it next time and take my family out for an incredible experience. The car was amazing. It is fast and smooth like a sports car. It was my first time to drive a Tesla, but it is user friendly so I learned fast. Quick and easy pickup, a clean and well-maintained vehicle, and friendly, helpfull, host made this rental a breeze. I'd highly recommend nij and will definitely rent from them again!

5 star experience with UGT! The car was immaculate when I received it, clean inside/out and fully charged. The car was stocked was some extras such as an alternate charger connector, UBC-C cable and other thoughtful touches. I received an automated email with links how to drive a Tesla, again a nice touch. Pick up was done virtually. Would highly recommend UGT, I will return as a customer 100%.
