I had a great experience renting the 2019 Kia Sedona from Auto Flow. The communication was excellent from the beginning, and the whole rental process was quick and easy, even though it was a last-minute decision. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and in great condition. It was very comfortable to drive and had plenty of space.
The Grand Caravan was in excellent condition, very low mileage, very clean throughout. The host, Wade was very accommodating, respectful and very easy to deal with. We had a great experience with this rental. Will rent Turo again.

The car was great! It drove really smoothly, and since it’s a hybrid, I definitely noticed I was saving some money on gas. It also seemed like it had been serviced recently, which made me feel more confident and safe driving it. The interior was comfortable and very spacious—we had 6 adults and 1 child, and everyone had plenty of room. When I picked up the car, I was a little confused about how the app worked, but the person at the counter was very nice, patient, and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the car was a bit dusty, both outside and inside. I assume it was probably because it had been sitting for a few days and the weather has been quite dry lately. Also, the rear hatch needed a little help to open fully, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, it was a great rental experience. The Sienna was comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our group. I would definitely rent it again.
Great customer service, they really do their best. Slow leak at departure on rear right tire, as they are next to a tire shop they fixed it before I go for the week long trip. Another tire ended up having another very slow leak, have to inflate twice in 7 days which is not that bad. Still tires are tired especially in rainy condition. Kids car seat was a great + to have. Car was very cleaned as they are a washing esthetic location also. For sure the car had some milage in, but it did not show much. Perfect for us. Ready on time, quick to leave and quick to drop back. Very pro, all pictures taken in advance, they are used to Turo for sure ! I recommend them and this Carnival car for long trips with family.
