The vehicle is in great condition, all scratches noted by the host for our awareness. Because it's hybrid, it's fuel efficient for our group of 6 people. The tires may soon need replacing but other than that, the overall rental experience is seamless and the price is reasonable. Will definitely rent again when we are back in Vancouver.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The Kia Carnival was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in perfect mechanical condition. It drove smoothly throughout our trip around Vancouver and had more than enough room for our family and luggage, making it the ideal vehicle for both city driving and longer excursions. Super comfortable and perfect for our trip. My son loved having the screen in the back to keep entertained and the van was amazing on gas, which is always a big bonus on any road trip! The hosts were fantastic with communication from start to finish and made the whole rental process easy.
