I rented a Ford Flex assuming it was a 7-seater, as advertised. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a 6-seater, which didn’t work for the size of my group. This caused us to lose an entire day of sightseeing, which was very disappointing.
On the positive side, the company promptly corrected the issue by delivering a 7-seater and picking up the 6-seater, which I appreciated. However, given the inconvenience, it would have been nice if they had picked up the 7-seater at the end of the trip as well.
Overall, while I’m happy the issue was resolved, the initial mistake significantly impacted our plans, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure accurate vehicle descriptions in the future.
