On very short notice, he was incredibly accommodating, leaving the car exactly where I needed it and meeting me right on time for a seamless pickup. The 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid was perfect—spotlessly clean, exceptionally smooth to drive, and incredibly fuel-efficient. Shawn’s communication was top-notch from start to finish, making the entire process stress-free. If you are looking for a reliable host and a great vehicle in Vancouver, I cannot recommend Shawn and his car enough. I would gladly book with him again!
James was great to rent from. He coordinated the pickup and drop-off at YVR smoothly, communicated clearly, and was able to answer all of my questions. The 2025 Kia Carnival was exactly as described and worked well for our family trip. I would have no hesitation renting from James again in the future.
