We hired from a genuinely warm and friendly host, Chase, who personally dropped off the car and took the time to explain all its features clearly. Throughout the trip, he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had.
When we ran into issues—a speeding ticket and a flat tyre—he was especially supportive and reassuring, which made a big difference, particularly as we were travelling with elderly family members.
He made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and was always happy to help. I’d highly recommend hiring from Chase if you want real peace of mind during your travels.
