This was one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had! The Mercedes-Benz was in pristine condition—super clean, ran incredibly smooth, and was surprisingly great on gas. Drop-off was perfectly on time, and the whole process was seamless. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

What a great experience. Incredibly seamless, fraction of the time it would have taken me to Rent a car at YVR terminal where there’s often long line ups. Brand mew vehicle, high end Benz, for little bit more than they were trying to rent a corolla for over May long weekend at the traditional rental firms. Will DEF be using this company again!

So easy to work with this host, very accommodating with our many unexpected travel disruptions and the with my mom's mobility limitations and accessibility needs. Car was spotless, in great condition and perfect for the winding mountain roads on Saltspring Island. Kyle switched it up and delivered the car to us at our hotel when our flight into Vancouver was delayed by days and we were too exhausted to mess with it when we first arrived in Vancouver. He also helped my mom get to the airline terminal for our departure since the airport did not provide wheelchair service to the parking area where we were due to return the rental. Kyle and Helen were extraordinary and really helped to make sure our vacation was stress free. I am so grateful to have been able to rent their vehicle.
