The car eats a lot of gas. Not too spacious for 7 people. Apart from that, the host was very accommodating. Will definitely book with them again in the future.

I would like to point out that my experience with this vehicle was very poor.
First of all, the vehicle I was provided with would not sync with my phone, which prevented me from using the GPS via the vehicle’s screen. Furthermore, the built-in GPS wasn’t working either, making it harder to get around.
The next day, an engine warning light came on. I immediately informed the owner, who simply asked me to bring the vehicle back for inspection. However, he refused to cover the gas costs or add mileage for this trip, even though the garage is located about 35 km from my home (a 70 km round trip).
At the end of the trip, I returned the vehicle with exactly the same fuel level as when I picked it up. The owner, however, tried to charge an extra fee, claiming the level was different. Fortunately, I had taken a photo at the start, which I provided to Turo. Their team confirmed that the request was unjustified and canceled it.
In summary, between the technical issues, the owner’s lack of support, and the attempt to charge unjustified fees, this experience was very disappointing.

Car was perfect, everything worked as expected. Pick up and drop off was super easy and flexible. People working were super friendly and helpful. Definitely will return next time I need to rent a car.
