The brakes on the van stopped working properly on first day, so the owner had it towed away. However, they failed to provide a replacement van until the next day and refused to refund me for the day of rental I lost. They did provide replacement van next day and had to change to another van the 3rd day. The 3rd van was upgraded so it’s adding one star.
