Chase was great. Smooth with everything despite as issue. Communication was fantastic

Valerie was a gem! despite the 4 star, I take complete ownership as her Caravan went into a full transmission service prior to her trip. A shop mistake created an issue during her drive. Valerie was quick and efficient with communicating and I was able to switch her to a similar vehicle within hoursand avoid any inteeruption on her trip. Despite the meticulous maintenance on new or older vehices, unfortunately there are times that are completely out of our control. Thank you Valerie!
