The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. With a group of 15 friends traveling together, comfort and reliability were a huge priority, and this van exceeded all expectations. The Sprinter was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for the drive. There was plenty of room for everyone and our belongings, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle drove smoothly, had excellent fuel efficiency for its size, and made the entire experience feel more like a luxury road trip than a rental. If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear. What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters. Can other people drive the car that I rented?
Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you rent on Turo, as long as they are all approved to drive. There is no fee or additional charge for adding a driver to your trip on Turo. Only the guest who booked the trip can request to add drivers; Turo hosts cannot do it for you. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts.
To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s licence and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked. You can request to add drivers via the “Trips” tab in the Turo app without additional driver charges or extra costs.
