Car broke down on me, wouldn’t start. Took 3 days to get it towed from my house
The issue arose from incorrect fuel being used by the guest. In addition, despite multiple requests over a 48-hour period, the trip was not extended, which meant we were required to begin the formal recovery process in line with Turo’s procedures. This has resulted in our vehicle being off the road whilst repairs are completed.
We maintain our vehicles to a high standard and always aim to support our guests.
No smoking allowed
