After the first day, I would have given 5*, but the first day had quite a few issues. It took a couple of hours to be picked up from the airport, our van was no longer available, so a much smaller van was substituted. After pointing out that the smaller van was not going to work for us, a larger van was found, but this took another hour to sort out. After all of this, everything was great. The van was well maintained and ran very well.
