The car exceeded my expectations, spotless, comfortable and very well looked after. The host was punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had on Turo.

Overall the experience with Turo and the SAIC van was good. The van was clean and good condition. Driving on the highways with the van was steady. We had an issue with the safety belt bucket that required adjusting to stop the warning system. Meeting with host at pickup locations could have been better. But communication with host was good. I would use again.
Thanks Glen for your detailed review, i’d like to give a response-initially when you came to pick up the vehicle, you were at wrong pickup spot, i accommodated and came to you, even helped you with your luggage and during drop off even though we charge for collecting the vehicle from different pickup location, i did it no charge for you. Secondly, the vehicle was returned with such poor cleanliness, it was a disaster and we had to spend 4 hours to clean it as it was so filthy inside out.
