The car is unroadworthy!! From bald tyres, chipped windscreen, worn break pads, problematic transmission & just very poor condition of the chassis.

This vehicle was fully serviced and inspected in December prior to your trip. If it were unroadworthy, it would not have been available for hire, as safety is our top priority. The windscreen has a minor chip that is within legal limits and does not affect visibility or safe operation, as was everything else mentioned. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to maintain our vehicles to a high safety and compliance standard.
