Hi, I’ve returned the car and placed the key back in the lockbox correctly. I tried several times to close and lock it, but the silver metal cover will not slide down, so I’m unable to lock the box. The key is inside and I have followed the steps as best as I can. Could you please let me know what you would like me to do?
