• Do i need to return the car full?

  Yes, you need to return the car with a full tank of fuel unless you have selected the prepaid refuel for which we use a price of $2.30/L noting high fluctuations experienced in the price.

• How do you do home address pick up/drop off?

  Where able, we will coordinate an in person drop off and collection, however, sometimes we will use a lockbox system to hand over and return the keys. If you have any questions about the home address pick up/drop off, don't hesitate to send us a message!

• Can I select more than one extra?

  Yes, you can select more than one extra! Simply choose the extras you’d like to add to your rental, such as a car seat, camping chair, or prepaid fuel, and they will be added to your booking for an additional cost. This gives you the flexibility to customize your rental to suit your needs.

• What is the quality of the car seats?

  The car seats are in a very good used condition. They are cleaned and sanitised between trips and will be immediately replaced if they're not up to standard.

• How do we coordinate airport pick up/drop off?

  Where able, we will coordinate an in person drop off and collection, however, sometimes we will use a lockbox system to hand over and return the keys. Most commonly we will park in the Park Short section of the airport parking, which is just across from the terminal.
