Car quality : the 2024 Kona was a pleasure to drive. It had all the options - cruise control, lane control, bose speakers. It felt very different from the usual milk carton rental cars I'm used to.
Pickup location : the car was waiting for us when we arrived, with easy instructions on how to find it.
The team : communication was always quick, and I could reach them whenever I had a question.
