Changed the pickup point at the last minute and needed me to add radiator coolant to maintain the car.

When did you add the coolant ? During ur last day of trip of ur 9 day trip ,I got a notification that coolant was getting low, and I asked you to cross check that.
This is a wrong feedback.
Regarding changing pick up point, I had a family emergency and I had to fly overseas and requested you to pick location nearby airport.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you though.
