2 stars purely for the car, both pick up and drop off were late and diferent people making the experience a hassle, the fuel tank was less than half full making it difficult to know how much fuel was used and how much to replace. The car was nice but it was the lux model not the ultra model as advertised, overall not a great experience for the first time using turo, wouldn't recomend or use again.
