MG ZS 2024 | Newcastle Car Rental – Highly recommend!!!!!
The worst thing that could happen on a holiday did happen to us. We had to extend our car hire twice, both times at the very last minute.
To top it off, I even managed to lock the keys in the boot one day (100% user error).
Using the Turo app was simple, but what really made the difference was Sujay.
His client management, hands‑on customer service, and lightning‑fast response time turned a stressful situation into something completely manageable.
He genuinely went above and beyond.
The car itself was spotless, comfortable, and really nice to drive.
The only hiccup was on the first day when I kept forgetting the indicator and wiper paddles were reversed. Let's just say the windscreen got a lot of unnecessary attention that day.
Overall, fantastic service, great car, and a team that truly cares. Would absolutely book again. 10 out of 10.
