We asked for the registration before pickup for our hotel parking, but the registration could not be verified. After we raised this issue, the vehicle was changed and downgraded only around two hours before pickup, which was concerning.
The fuel tank was also only around 3/4 full at pickup. We returned it full to avoid extra charges, but no reimbursement was offered for the additional fuel.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the vehicle change. Regarding the fuel, Turo requires guests to return the vehicle at the same fuel level as pickup. Unfortunately, we’re unable to reimburse additional fuel if the vehicle is returned with a higher fuel level. Thank you for your understanding.
