The original car we wanted was cancelled on us but they upgraded cars a couple days before our trip. We had selected pick up at brisbane airport but had to catch an uber to pick up the car (cost was covered by the driver) but slightly inconvenient not being able to just jump straight in and having to do a detour. Apart from cosmetic damage on the car it drove fine and was fuel efficient.
