The car drove well and was great on fuel. There were a few minor scratches and scuff marks, but nothing unexpected for its age.
However, the tyres struggled for traction in the rain, especially on hills and in car parks, which felt unsafe. The oil/service light was also on.
At drop-off, the host asked me to check with the on-site team whether I needed to book an Uber or if a shuttle would be provided, even though the car was booked from an airport location. This should have already been clearly organised. After following this up, I was told there’d be a shuttle, but there was no clear timing or coordination. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes and only arrived at 8:35am for a 9:15am flight.
My wife is pregnant, so this made the situation very stressful. Overall, decent car but the safety concerns and poor organisation made the experience disappointing.

We also apologize for the confusion and delay with the airport shuttle—this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll improve coordination moving forward. Car was ok. Car was not what u booked got changed day before and went from airport pick to off site and was with Andy auto rental I i use them before and said would not use them again. I did not know was them when the Change my booking.
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
