Bad experience
They charge me a lot for fuel and when I ask for receipt to aprove they ignore me and Turo withdraw from my account without my permission
Still $50 charge for delivery which I didn’t use they take from me .. I contact Turo and no refund till this moment

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to clarify that guests are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was received. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a $10 convenience fee will be added on top of the fuel cost.
Regarding the receipt, we have already explained where you can find it. As for the refund, please note that Turo handles all billing directly, and we do not have control over those transactions.
