Thus is the worst experience I have had. There were constant and continuous issues with the car. The so called “support” process is clunky, unhelpful and completely unprofessional. UR drive did not provide the service or far that I paid for. I paid $352 to be inconvenienced and stressed about the car I should have been able to rely on.
The employees at evolve (pick up point) were polite and apologised for the situation.
It wasn’t their fault as they are only as good as the product they have.
The car didn’t start properly, didn’t lock, brakes were grinding and there were errors that came up on the screen as I was driving. Absolute rubbish and a joke. Formal complaint will be lodged and ACCC contacted to resolve and get a refund.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and this is not the standard we aim to provide. Please note that we follow Turo’s protocol when providing a vehicle replacement in this type of scenario. Safety and reliability are our top priorities, and we regret that we fell short in your case.

Booked a car in Tweed Heads only to be told on arrival that car was not available as it was in Sydney. Host confirmed my ETA at 8am for 10am pick up, I arrived at 10am and spent an hour waiting as they tried to find an alternative. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

Did a booking mistake and the Udrive staff was unresponsive to help me correct the booking mistake. I had to return the vehicule 1 month earlier and book somewhere else.
