nice car and nice price. but tank wasn’t full when receiving the car and communication wasn’t perfect.
it’s disappointing to pay 100 dollars for an airport drop off for the car, only to find out it’s actually a shuttle to and from the airport to the warehouse location where the cars are. the same trip 2 ways with uber is about 30 dollars.
ended up having to get an uber back to the airport from their warehouse as the place was completely unmanned when i came to drop off the vehicle. waited 15 minutes and no one answered the bell or the phone, so couldn’t even use the shuttle service i had paid for,

We’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy. The tank was full as seen in trip photos at the start.
This booking was made with our shuttle service, not airport delivery, as clearly outlined in the listing and booking confirmation which is roughly $60.
At the end of the trip, our team was on-site and ready to shuttle you, but instead you rang the bell and immediately left the building.
Communication from our side was timely and consistent throughout.
