Easy instructions and fast reply. Car though not new model was well kept and good condition. 👍

Selected for pick up at melb airport but that was not the case. Jennifer arranged for shuttle transport to the depot to pick up the car but that adds to the time. Also return had to be at depot. Essentially the additional fee paid for melb airport pick up was used to fund these arrangements which defeats the purpose.

Thanks for your feedback. Just wanted to clarify that the cost of the shuttle back and forth is way more than what you pay for delivery which we cover for.
We also offer you the convenience to make the pickup and dropoff seamless which was in your case instead of going through the hassle to find where to pick up the car from or what type of public transport to use.
