all great except I wish the host was more friendly with the pick up time.
had to pay extra 25 or so for 30 mins earlier pick up time due to circumstances. paying extra was fine but host saying it might not be possible, it freaked me out as I was travelling with 2 young kids.
Sorry to hear this Ji. As soon as you changed the time through Turo app, the car was available and we provided the instructions. The extra charge is from Turo for insurance coverage as the trip duration was extended.
Hopefully we’re able to provide smoother experience in the future. Thank you ☺️
