car was in great condition, staff were super helpful, replies to our queries rather quickly through the app (which i did not expect as it was a weekend) and Jay was absolutely lovely!
very hassle-free and everything was well arranged! checked the car in and out in less than 15 mins both times! flexible team and i'll be returning when i return to melbourne!
