Super responsive!
I even got the timing wrong due to the time difference and they stayed up until 12:30 to make sure everything went smooth, responding on time is always important after a long flight and they made it effortlessly.
Would highly recommend :)

Booked the X3 for a week and it was a great experience. Airport pickup with the lockbox was simple and the car was comfortable and ran well. Communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend, and I'd book again next time I'm in Melbourne.
