Sorry to hear that you weren’t able to use Apple Carplay in the car. Unfortunately, it is probably not obvious that it can only be accessed via a wired connection, so apologies if that was not pointed out to you at the beginning of your booking. We will look at advising guests of that fact in future bookings, so that they can experience that feature as intended.

Everything was great. Easy pickup and drop off and car was clean. Theo was easy to deal with and responsive. The only issue was the car came up with an engine oil light which was inconvenient during our roadtrip. Ill be happy to rent from Theo again.

The car was true 7 seater car. Sufficient space for an average adult on the nack most seat. Took a trip for a night and is sufficient space to hold the bags. I felt the car was quite smooth and feul efficient as well.

The car was in great condition and is easy enough to get to and pick up and drop off with generous drop and pick up times available.
