Returned car 50 min before due. App did not recognise checkout. Car was rwaly clean and easy to drive. On return had oil message to add 1 litre oil and service due in 400kms. Constat turo emails, but poor customer assistance. Seems they are an os agency. Pickup was not clwar but eventually worked ot out after 20 mins

I had a great experience using Turo. The host was very friendly and helpful, communication was smooth, and the car was clean and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and stress-free. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to regular rental companies. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and reliable rental!
